Windows 7 microphone

Some people experience issues with their microphone. Overpowering and distortion is the result of this.

To fix this, right click on the speaker indicator on the task bar next to the clock.

Then double click on the microphone (or headset) (or click on the headset and click properties)

Then click the 'level' tab.

Most times, the 'Boost' is set to high, so lower this a bit and test it one on one with someone.

If this does not fix the issue, open up Mumble and lower the microphone at configure (click advanced) and input level.

Fun to see that 'God' and 'virtualization' need promotions via our site. You would 'believe' just running ads the normal way would be enough
